I started my period today but have been spotting for two or so days my periods are not regular at all and having pcos doesn't help well anyways back to the point I Went to the bathroom to change my tampon and a huge clot came out I'm talking like maybe palm size is this normal? My last period was in November and I'm just wondering if it's maybe just from the build up in my uterus any ideas
