IVF+ICSI+PGD
SO has super low count (100,000), healthy, good motility and morph. Unexplained low sperm count after bloodwork and ultrasound.
I tested on the lower end of normal for follicle count and AMH. Regular periods, no endo, pcos; and healthy.
We decided to go through with IVF+ICSI+PGD. PGD bc we rather know for certain a chromosomally healthy embryo/baby.
Anyone have success rate with their first try in a similar situation?
Any advice?
