I'd love to hear tips from others for weight loss.. I changed my diet a few weeks ago and cut out all processed foods and most breads . I lost 11 pounds so far and today I started exercising doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred . Felt like I was gonna die when I finished! Gonna work hard and try to get fit for summer! I have about 40-50 pounds to lose !
