I have this terrible gas/cramp like pain in my stomach. I have no energy or motivation. I get dizzy upon standing. I can't eat anything because it either comes up on end or out the other. Ive gone to the hospital but nothing. I have a little spotting but I haven't had sex recently but I've not had a period either. They didn't test to see if I was pregnant or not but just curious as too what others have experienced
