Bump on tongue?

Its on the bottom of it on the right side.  It kinda hurts as well.  What could I do?

Probably a canker sore! I get them some times and they hurt a lot. You kinda have to just wait it out until it goes away. But definitely try warm salt water and avoid citrus type fruit.

I get bumps on my tongue almost every other 5 days it seems like. At first I was really nervous, then I thought it was triggered by my allergy medicines. Then I read that you can get them from too much or too little iron so I stopped taking my iron. Now I'm starting to think that it is just bc of my teeth rubbing against my tongue because I have a hard over bite. They are called tongue ulcers so look them up and stay away from acids.
