Is 1pm and 5:30pm good times to use OPK?

I know FMU is not good so I was thinking those time would be ideal. If you think I should take the second one later please comment

I try to do it 12 hours apart since a positive test can indicate ovulation 12-48 hours away. I'm afraid if I got a negative at 5:30pm that it could be positive at 7:30pm, predicting a 7:30am ovulation, but I would miss it bc I didn't test again until 1pm the next day.
