I get canker sores pretty frequently. They're almost a part of my lifestyle at this point and I know that part of the reason I get them is because of hormone changes throughout my cycle. I'm just wondering if taking birth control might help them become less frequent? Or if it would make them worse? I've tried about every solution out there and I'm always looking for new ways to help with this. Thanks!
