Only if he asks. I hate it when guys openly talk about past relationships with me. If I wanted to know I would have asked. It sparks a bit of jealousy in me. He might be a little insecure being a virgin and may get  in his head you're comparing.

Me, I'd prefer if you let me know how many people you've slept with before we get into an intimate relationship if I forget to ask. I'd ask him to go get tested and if any of his past's  had any STDS before. I think it's respectful but that's just me and how I was taught about intimacy with someone.
