Braxton Hicks and Nausea?

Question

Has anyone else gotten super nauseous with Braxton hicks?  They came in waves last night, I felt like I was getting the stomach flu and my whole stomach would tighten, I would feel nauseous and then it would release and repeat.  It was gone about an hour later and I have felt fine since.  I see the doctor on Monday but it just seemed strange!

Thanks guys!  I never had them with my first! I will talk to the doc about it on Monday!  I feel better knowing I am not alone:-)

I've never experienced that personally... But I know that everyone bodies respond differently to pain, my oldest step-daughter gets such bad cramps with her cycle you can literally watch her entire back and abdominal muscles contract at once (it is seriously like watching someone's body giving birth!), when it's bad enough she does get sick! My only advice would be to Drink lots of water! My midwife suggested if I start to get them myself drink more water and go for a walk, that will typically make them settle down! Best of luck to you!
