48day cycle blood test???

9 days late for Af. Today is 48 days into my cycle.. I am normally very regular. I took a test a few days ago and it looked half and half. I also took a test yesterday morning and it was negative. Should I go take a blood test or just wait it out some more.. And it it possible to get negative hpt and still get a positive blood test...???
