Anyone Irregular and TTC?

I used to have a regular cycle but the past couple of months for some reason i've become irregular .. I dont know if its due to stress or not .. Ive been ttc for 6 months .. Now its made me more confused on how to ttc with this irregularity .. Do you use Ovulation kits? What helps you ttc while being irregular?
