Please help tmi

So the hubby and I were having some fun earlier and he noticed and pointed out to me that the skin all around my vag and close to my butt is a different color then usual... So I went and looked in the bathroom and it was like a dark purplish color .... I'm only 3dpo but the last two days if u have read any of my previous posts I have been having a lot of breast and nipple tenderness to the point of tears.... Also after taking a quick bath I got out of the tub and almost passed out  ..... ( I'm not saying any of these are symptoms of pregnancy ) but have any of y'all gotten any of these this early on before u got a BFP .... Please help me out .... I'm kinda freaking out ....
