A family member has a newly diagnosed terminal illness. I feel like crying but cant.

You can't force yourself to cry. And just because you don't cry doesn't mean you care any less. If your body wants to cry it will just happen. I'm so sorry you're going though a hard time, and stay strong for your loved one! <3
