I am 15 and will be 16 when I have my baby. Do I have to have a c section or can I have a natural birth?

Unless you have some medical condition that we don't know about then there should be no problem that you can't try to have a natural child birth. God willing that you don't develope complications during labor.

As below said you won't need a section unless you have any medical complications. My cousin gave birth to her first @ 14 and her second @ 16 and both where vaginal births she actually recovered a lot faster than most due to her age the midwife said.

When I got pregnant at 17 my doct pretty much told me I had to have a c-section. She told me I would be too small to push a baby out. I was about 5'1 and 120 lbs.

You can have a natural birth. My friends sister is 15 and just had her baby vaginally. And he was almost 9lb!
