Will opk be accurate as long as I hold urine for 4 hours?

I like to drink water during the day so I don't want to dilute it. Also, if I don't drinking anything I might not have to pee.

I agree about restricting your fluids for the 4 hrs.  I don't completely stop drinking but i only drink when I'm thirsty and a small about.

I usually try not to drink anything during the four hour hold. If I get thirsty I try to wait until at least the last half hour. If you can't pee after 4 hours then start drinking a little bit until you can pee. If your urine is too dilute you won't get accurate results
