I was once told Tylenol products were safe? My sinuses are killing me and I have a horrible headache. I'm 11weeks.

I was having sinus issues and was told no decongestants but to try a nasal rinse. It made a big difference when nothing else was available !

Acetaminophen is safe by itself. Not in conjunction with any other medications. You need to ask your doctor before you take anything for sinuses.
