Symptoms or something else?

So i was having a conversation with my friend and we were saying what symptoms we get before we get our periods. She said she just gets bad cramps the day before and i asked anything else and she said no. Then i told her my symptoms, she said mine are not normal and i should see someone about it.

My symptoms are these:

- nose bleeds

- very sexual

- increase of farting

- lose my appetite completely

- cramps also the day before

- blood in my phlegm

ALL HAPPENS A WEEK BEFORE.

HELP??
