Blurred vision early sign of pregnancy?

Ok so my husband and I have been TTC for 2 months now with no luck, this past week has been my most fertile week of the month so we baby danced 3 of the 5 days this week, and today I woke up with blurred vision in my right eye, I will note that I do not and have never had to wear glasses in my life, do you thinks it's possible this could be an early sign of conception?? Also, I felt myself ovulate on the right side this month not sure if that makes a difference.
