Does pre-cum have sperm in it? My SO always pre-cums but doesn't always actually cum. We are TTC so I'm wondering if his "pre-cum" can get me pregnant?

Usually pre-cum doesn't actually have sperm in it unless there was some left over in the urethra from an actual ejaculation, but it can have a very small amount depending on the person because some men's' reproductive system can leak sperm into their pre-cum. There's no way to know if your SO has any in his or not. So your chances of getting pregnant from his pre-cum are actually pretty slim.

Yes you can get pregnant from precum. But a full load (ha sorry) would probably increase your chances.
