I know that there are some people that want to know if you can get a positive opk before a positive pregnancy test. I'm 4 weeks pregnant (2 weeks without adding gestation) and i still have not gotten a positive opk. I will let you know at what point in pregnancy a positive ovulation test will show up though when I get one! 😃 but I've gotten several positive pregnancy tests so far. So no, you can't get a positive opk before you would on pregnancy test, but an opk will eventually show positive if you have lots of hcg in ur system.
