Am i ovulating?

I've never really known when I ovulate, I've been using glow for 3 months! I have shooting like pains in my ovary area, is that ovulation? Xx

I have pains when I ovulate. Checking cm also helps me figure it out.
But you could also track your bbt and cevical position.
