Changed glow to pregnant not working?

Hi any ideas i changed glow to im pregnant but its still coming up that im on my period to log flow etc??

You have to download glow nurture which is not available for android yet

mine is too I'm apparently on my period today but I'm 7 week's pregnant I have added a positive test everyday and clicked pregnant and it hasn't changed at all x
