No, I'm not happy at all! Thanks to my hypothyroidism and bad habits that I've learned from my parents (I love them a lot, but not the best role models for health) I have horrible (*non-existant) self control, no idea of portion sizing and I eat when I'm stressed. That's gonna change though because I'm finally in my own place and I want to set the best example for my daughter that I can, 1 step at a time. I've kicked my soda habit and in 1 month of being on my own I've lost 5lbs already.

Absolutely. You should love all of yourself, every flaw. I embrace every part of myself. Good and bad.

This is probably one of the saddest things I've seen in my life. I love my body-- it does a lot of work for me and I appreciate it. Also I would never change how I look because it wouldn't be the same me.

I'm happy overall. Always little things that gets us but it's not a huge deal.

Well now that I'm pregnant I can't stand seeing myself getting bigger. :(
