Can you feel like something is happening inside when SO ejaculates?

After my husband ejaculates inside of me I feel things happening in my ovaries and uterus. I can't really describe the feeling lol

Answer

I never really notice anything after my husband comes inside me but this last time aftwr about 30min I felt twinges. Hopefully its a good sign :)
