Glow Says Test...

So, after my morning routine, I saw a message from Glow: "Go ahead and test today." AF not due for two days. (Clearly, I can't test first thing in the AM today.) I'm not sure if I should wait two more days or now. This TWW has been a real trial in patience. What would you do?
