What are signs of pregnancy other than the obvious like morning sickness and stuff?

Vaginal discharge,  sore breasts, cramps, you can smell wayyyyy better then normal, cravings, moodiness, sleepy .. very sleepy in the first few weeks, headaches possible. .. every woman is different.  Hope this helps.; )*
