I think "wait for the right person" is kind of open ended. The boy I lost my virginity to (he lost his to me as well) was definitely not "the one" by any means, but he meant a lot to me at the time, and still does. So in that way I think he was the right person. Wouldn't change it if I could.

Not everyone sees sex the same way so its all up to you and what feels right, sex can be very emotional and powerful and sometimes you find someone who you think you know, and they use this power against you, most important only have sex if its something "you" want to do, and remember that it can turn into heartache

I finally lost it when I was 31. I wasn't waiting for the right one. I just never was around any guys and I had no self esteem because I'm overweight. I thought I was disgusting. 
But finally someone caught my eye and he loved me and my body.

Not saying wait for marriage,  but don't fall for the "if you love me" line either. Do what is right for you. If he loves you and you aren't ready he will wait too.
