Wth? Positive urine negative blood?

Question

I had 2 positive urine tests and yesterday had a blood test and the dr said my blood was negative? How does that happen? All they said was I had a faulty batch of tests. But I have all symptoms of pregnancy and 2 positive urine tests.

Well that's depressing :( I've had 2 already the past year. Always get excited when I see that positive only to be crushed..

My sister just had a pregnancy scare she went to the doctors did a urinalysis  and pregnancy test 3 test came back positive when she left the doctor she went and bought home pregnancy test I don't know the exact details but she said she  had a false positive from protein in her urine I have never heard of it before she went back to the doctor and they did another test it was negative
