I think I'm crazy! Tmi possibly

Ok ladies so im still pretty confident I'm out as yesterday started with brown spotting in the am like AF usually does then NOTHING for the rest of the day until 9pm got a couple drops of bright red blood so thought for sure AF was coming lol. Now this morning there's nothing again but the tiniest bit of brown once when I went pee. I'm at 15dpo and usually get AF at 13dpo. I've been peeing like crazy and only have the tiniest twinges of cramps, usually should be unbearable by now, and low back pain with the cramps which I've never experienced before. I'm going crazy right? If I post this then AF will for sure come so here goes lol
