5weeks and sick! Can I take meds??

I just found out I am prego and I have been sick this weekend with a fever/cold...is it safe to take cough meds? Like sudafed????  I'm nervous !

Take Anything That Has Acetaminophen. That Is The Safest Thing To Take During Pregnancy.
Also Ask Your Doctor As Well.
