Trying to be happy

I haven't been TTC very long, but it seems like everyone around me is pregnant 😞 one of my close friends got pregnant and it was an oopsie we didn't use condoms one time! I am super happy for her but being around her makes me cry. It's so hard to not be super sad every month when the bfn comes. What do you all do to not go insane over a bfn every month or around other pregnancies and babies?
