Did it take you to lose the baby weight and mommy tummy, if you have not yet what are you doing to lose it?

Answer

It took me 9 months after my first but there was still the pouch which my trainer told me never fully go away since the skin lost it's elasticity. I was breastfeeding and doing ball yoga. I gained weight after my second and I wasn't breastfeeding him. This time I'm 6 weeks postpartum and still trying to even find time to start working out but honestly I don't really put much effort into trying right now
