Cramps in lower stomach

I'm not due my period for another week. I've only been off my pill for 3 weeks and I'm having back ache, dizziness, and cramps in the lower part of my stomach could this be a sign of early period. I've had the dizziness for over a week and cramps they feel a bit like period pains but not if that makes sense? Any advice on what this could be?
