Typically I do it whenever I get home from school unless I have to work then ill do it when I get home from work ita easier that way.

I read that the best way to get an accurate temperature is by getting in first thing in the morning, in the first few moments of consciousness. 
Otherwise, any number of things can change you temperature; moving about, digesting food, being excited or stressed, ect.

Throughout the day. I do my weight in the morning, my moods and symptoms thought the day and everything else at the end of the day.
