Can I develop eggs? HELPPP!

Question

If im fertile but by chance not ovulating, can i still develop eggs? And does it mean my hormones are balanced as well if I'm fertile but not ovulating? I thought if my cervix was open and soft it means im fertile.

I checked my cervix and it is VERY OPEN and S0FT. I'm on my period, 2nd day. I'm not really cramping like I usually do which is usually painful cramps.

No u cant develop eggs when we females come out of the womb we have a set number of eggs. U may be ovaluating

go to the doctor if u can produce eggs or your parter can produce sperm

If you don't ovulate you aren't fertile. You have to release an egg to become pregnant. I don't ovulate on my own but am on letrozole to make me ovulate.  You should probably talk to your doctor.
