Never been pregnant, but I've had UTI's on and off since I was 4. I'm no medical doctor, but that's what it sounds like. It burns and you feel like you're about to burst, but nothing comes out.. Drink some cranberry juice and get in to see your doctor.. They can get VERY serious if left untreated.
