Possible momo twins?

So I'm about 6 weeks. I had an ultrasound today and they're saying there's two babies in one sac and I also have an additional sac that they don't see any baby in. I'm so scared they're momo twins or conjoined. They're saying I won't have success and should terminate the pregnancy if that's the case. Anyone have this happen?

I have heard sometimes they don't see the membrane until later. And some mono twins are just fine even without a membrane. Don't stress just yet. Just wait a little and see. A lot of doctors give u the worse case scenario. God knows why they do this to pregnant women when pregnancy is stressful enough lol
