First time use of OPT

Hi there.

I am using opts for the first time. Yesterday I had a very light test. Today was darker, almost there I think. Glow asks for an LH surge. I am not a native speaker. Is a rise a surge, or should I report not a surge, since it's not positive yet? Thx for replies.
