Belly pain...what's normal?

Over the past few days I have been experience more "cramping" mostly in my lower pelvis below my small baby bump.  It don't have any spotting or headaches or anything but it's really freaking me out.  How do I tell what's normal and what's not?

This is just me.. I'm not a dr.. But I attribute those mild cramps to growing pains and it makes me feel happy :) I also think of something were very wrong, your body would be sending you signals loud and clear (severe cramps and bleeding) .. Like everyone says can't hurt to ask your dr.

I get cramps like that below and around the bump once in a while and most often they are gas or constipation cramps. Or round ligament pain too if I stretch or move too quickly

I had those with my first (and now even worse with the second) I had asked my doctors and she said they were round ligament pain and totally a part of pregnancy If they got too uncomfortable to take some Tylenol

I just started getting these around 14 weeks and have found that drinking a LOT of water really helps.
