Pregnancy Acne?

Question

I've broken out pretty bad from this pregnancy. My forehead, chest, and back. The acne on my forehead itches pretty bad throughout the day and is really dry looking.  Is there anything that I can use or that you have used to help it? I've tried many facial moisturizers already.

I'm 12 weeks now, due 8/19. Definitely curious when this will end, as I've been getting terrible (painful and itchy) cystic acne breakouts in places I never got them before! My doctor told me Stridex was acceptable to use to help, so here's my routine that seems to be REALLY helping!
AM
-Splash face with water and pat dry
-Moisturize (I use Paula's Choice moisture boost
-Sunscreen!
PM
-Wash face with raw honey
-Use Stridex from the red box, let it soak for 15 minutes, otherwise it's useless
-Moisturize
-Spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide gel

I tried a natural face cream and it doesn't seem to help but I have the same issue! My back however has been super dry and it sucks! I feel you on your troubles with acne right now.

I've been gently exfoliating... That seems to be doing the trick... Then I moisturize let it soak in and like 5 minutes later I do it again! I put a tiny bit of acne treatment gel of each spot after I've moisturized... My husband said my skin is looking a lot better so either it's working or my hormones are leveling out! My back and shoulders broke out with painful acne, too. I've been using Witch Hazel astringent every night and keeping it moisturized and it has helped reduce the size of the blemishes so they don't hurt anymore.   Yay for hormones!

I have always suffered from acne and have tried everything in the book..I have always needed to be on birth control or antibiotics to control it. When I found out I was pregnant I was very worried about the effect it would have on my skin. I bought a clarisonic and it has honestly been a miracle worker! My skin has never looked better. It's a little bit pricer but definitely worth the money if you haven't tried one already!
