According to ultrasound, do you think boy or girl?

This ultrasound was at 13 weeks & the picture is from 16 weeks & 5 days. I am currently 17 weeks & 3 days. I find out what I'm having Saturday, but just curious as to what others think. The highest the heart rate has been is 154 & lowest 140.
