High fsh 10.88 and amh level 2.1 .Help!

I'm just 29yo and ttc baby #1 . I have borderline Pcos ,however my other hormones and insulin and in normal range . I'm a little overweight . Recent blood test showed high fsh of 10.88and amh of 2.1 .my gynaec started me on oosure (inositol) tablet for 3montja and she has scared the hell out of me saying that iat not be able to conceive naturally and if I don't get pregnant in next 3 months,I will have to try IVF. Anyone in same boat having similar history ? Any natural remedies to increase fertility ?pleasee help me !!!
