You only ovulate once, you could have been gearing up to but didn't before. A Good way to know is to start temping with a bbt you can get at a drugstore. That's the only way to confirm ovulation. Google bbt temping and charting and you will learn a lot about it.

On Monday the 26th of jan for a bout 5 days I was experiencing wetness and then egg white mucus ... I assumed I was ovulating now this week for the past two days in again having wetness and egg white mucus I done a test and was bfn but now I'm experiencing this again was I not ovulating then ?? And now I am ? Anyone experienced this my oeruid is due the 13th of feb but are not regular. Please help ?!

Like Jessica said your body can be gearing up for O. EWCM means your body is preparing for ovulation to happen soon. A lot of things can delay actual ovulation (stress, move, exercise, PCOS). I ordered a basal body temp on amazon to start charting next month too. Not really sure what I'm doing.

The only way I new my hormones where becoming somewhat normal or ovulated was because of the cm I was having .. This is all so hard when you want something so bad !!

I got my first period on December the 19th a week late that was a natural period and I still haven't had a period since then ! I'm on cycle day 45 ! And who knows when at will be due ! Glow already predicted af and still hasn't showed! Are your periods normally regular ?

Did you have a really long first cycle? I had a period right after stopping my pills, as usual, but my next natural period was on cd 42!! I'm in cd 32 now. Who knows how long it will be. Or when I actually ovulated. When is glow predicting your next AF?
I was told you can ovulate twice, it's rare but you can actually ovulate from each ovary in one cycle! It's how you get such rare babies as twins each by a different dad!

Not true ovulate once. However you can release 1 or more eggs but it's rare and that results in fraternal twins, whereas 1 egg split results in identical.

If u ovulate from each ovary, it'll be within 24hrs. Whether its one ovary and two eggs or both ovaries and one eggs each, if two men are involved theres always potential for twins with different dads. U wont ov a week apart tho, progesterone stops further ovum development.
