Skyla pain
I just got the skyla IUD put in today. It was a horrible experience. She gave me a shot in my uterus which was mentally scarring enough. Now I'm cramping so bad (which I kinda expected). However, my question is how long does this cramping last? And does anyone have any advice for the pain (other than Advil & heating pad)? I'm willing to try anything at this point
