Don't know what to do. The roads are a mess and I am an hour away from a hospital. Have had continuous cramping for about 8 hours...no spotting. Can the hospital even do anything or will they just send me home with rest? Cramps are like period cramps but worse. Almost feel like spasms. Worried.
