I love both names but I would caution that since you are choosing a democrat and a republican, you will have to justify that to everyone.

I feel like it's too coincidental. However at the end of the day it may be someone's passing thought. It's your baby to name and no one will be stuck on the names forever. People live in and talk about other people's baby names after awhile lol
