I have been on birth control pills for 8 years, last year i wanted to try something different and went on nexplanon. After 4 months of that not being very successful, I was placed on back birth control pills. (Mind you I am not ready to have a baby).

This month I received my period, on time, and it ended just after 2 days. My ovaries feel like I'm ovulating, and my back is a little sore but nothing else.

Any thoughts on.. if I could be pregnant? Or if I just randomly had a short period?

My s/o and I had a miscarriage last june, not sure if we are ready for this so I am having a small panic attack. Buying a pregnancy test right now scares me to death.
