Missed miscarriage?

Hi ladies. I am 6w2d and I don't have any symptoms. I know I should be grateful but I have this horrible feeling I've had a missed miscarriage. 
This is my first and Iam scared something has gone wrong. 
Does anyone have any similar stories?

I feel the same way!!! Sometimes I have a bit of nausea but other than that nothing. This is my rainbow baby but I keep thinking something is wrong. I see the midwife on the 20th. I am just going to tell her how I feel. I've been for sure tired and boobs are sore but you are not alone. I think we all have a bit of anxiety and worry that everything is okay! Sending sticky dust for both my little bean and yours!

My dear don't stay worried, go see your doctor for peace of mind. And remember not every pregnancy is the same. My mom when she first got pregnant with my brother she didn't know until she was three months pregnant.. She had no symptoms and she even got her period for three months..

My symptoms have been fading too and it's been making me worried but every time I take a test it says positive, I have an ultrasound tomorrow morning anyway so ill know for sure then.

I'm only 5 wks (3 wks after conception) and no symptoms so far either. I'm a little worried myself but you're not alone. My Dr won't schedule an appt until 8 wks :/, so I'll be going on March 2nd.

I can't say I have had the symptoms but I would go to the doctor and make sure everything is ok.
