Need help (kinda long)

2 weeks ago I started spotting then it got heavier but not like a period it was mostly only when I wiped there was light pink blood then it went to a dark reddy brown colour, that only lasted for 2 and a half days then 2 days after that I spotted again for about 3 hours and nothing after that AF according to glow was due today, I've had tender breasts, feel sick every so often and been getting cramps in my belly for the last 3 weeks I'm due to go for a scan on the 16th about the cramps so decided not to take a test and wait and see if anything comes up on the scan but is there a possibility I could he pregnant oh I also have PCOS so really hoping I am
