Dry skin anyone?

Anyone here going through dry skin during pregnancy...? What's the best solution for dry skin? is this normal? *sigh*

I use cetaphil products! They are great! My skin was so dry that I had developed eczema, so my dermatologist recommended cetaphil. And coconut oil works too!

I always get dry skin in the winter time, but this year it is so bad. I'm almost 13 weeks. I just use moisturizer  day and night seems to be helping a bit.

Yes I've had really dry skin.. But I've been slathering organic coconut oil all over me every day & it's helping!

The skin on my hands is practically falling off its so dry. I'm staying plenty hydrated but no amount of lotion has any effect! Have an ob visit tomorrow... Hoping for some guidance!

What about face moisturizers? I broke out so bad during my first trimester, and I've tried two different kinds. I had allergic reactions with both. My skin has never been this sensitive! Even with my 1st baby

So strange... The opposite thing has happened to me.  Usually in the winter I have to lotion twice a day and still have dry skin.  Now that I'm pregnant I lotion once a day and my skin has never felt so soft.  I actually wonder if it is one of those signs of being pregnant with a certain gender.

I use an olay body wash and have found it very helpful. Kinda expensive but worth it.
